Version 1.0, in force from 22 October 2026. This document is a translation of the French original.

1. Seller

Mira guides are sold by CES Venture, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), SIREN 991 370 115, with registered office at EuraTechnologies, 165 avenue de Bretagne, 59000 Lille, France, EU VAT number FR50 991 370 115 ("Hello Mira"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of access to a Mira guide made by a consumer on www.hello-mira.com. Use of the website remains governed by the Hello Mira Terms of Use.

3. Subject matter

A Mira guide is digital content about a relocation or nomadic-living project (for example "Becoming a digital nomad in Colombia"), written for a given language and audience and dated by its edition. It is read online, from the buyer's account. During its term, access includes: all chapters of the guide, its bibliography, its practical sheets downloadable as PDF, and the buyer's notepad, highlighted passages and reading position. The complete guide is not provided as a downloadable file.

The guide's presentation page, its table of contents and its PDF extract (the "discovery PDF") are free of charge.

The guide is general information content as of the date of its edition, written with the help of artificial intelligence tools and then checked against the sources cited. It does not constitute personalised legal, tax, immigration or financial advice and does not exempt the buyer from carrying out their own checks and further research, in particular with the competent authorities; the rules cited may change after the date shown in the edition. Before any payment, as before downloading the discovery PDF, the buyer confirms that they have understood this nature of the guide.

4. Offers and prices

OfferLength of accessPrice incl. VAT
7-day access7 days€9.90
30-day access30 days€29.90
Lifetime access + updatesunlimited€49.90

Prices include all taxes. The price paid is the same whatever the buyer's country; the share of VAT it contains is the one applicable to the buyer. The total price including VAT is shown before the order is confirmed and is the amount charged. Each offer is a one-off purchase with no automatic renewal.

Buying a 7-day or 30-day offer during an ongoing access extends that access by the length purchased. Moving from a limited access to lifetime access is charged at the price of lifetime access.

5. Guide offered with the Mira Pass

A member with an active Mira Pass subscription may obtain 30 days of access to one guide free of charge, one guide at a time. A new guide may be obtained in the same way once the previous offered access has ended. The offered access lasts 30 days, even if the Mira Pass subscription ends in the meantime. The Essential offer does not grant this right.

6. Order and payment

The buyer chooses an offer, accepts these terms and requests immediate access to the guide (section 8), then pays by bank card through the payment provider Stripe. The order is binding only once Stripe has confirmed the payment. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the account's address.

7. Length of access and updates

Access starts when the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period purchased. Lifetime access lasts as long as the guide is offered on the website and includes the updated editions of the same guide (same subject, same language, same audience). A 7-day or 30-day access gives access to the edition in force during that period.

Access is personal. The buyer shall not share their login details or reproduce, distribute or resell all or part of the guide, other than for private use of the downloaded practical sheets.

8. No right of withdrawal

The guide is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under article L. 221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

Before payment, the buyer expressly requests immediate access to the guide and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as access begins. This request and acknowledgement are confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail.

9. Conformity guarantee and refunds

Hello Mira is liable for lack of conformity of the digital content under articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity (for example, access being impossible), the buyer reports it to [email protected]; Hello Mira brings the content into conformity within a reasonable time. Failing that, the buyer may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund, under the conditions set out in those articles.

Outside these cases, no refund is made.

10. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to [email protected]. In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved by Hello Mira's customer service, the consumer may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (MTV) — BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, France — www.mtv.travel

The consumer refers the matter to the mediator after sending a written complaint to Hello Mira, and no later than one year after that complaint.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
