Cédric Tumminello: Building Possibilities, From One Country to Another

Cédric Tumminello: Building Possibilities, From One Country to Another

Cédric Tumminello is CEO and co-founder of Hello Mira. An entrepreneur and developer turned executive, he describes himself first and foremost as someone who builds: products, teams, and above all, possibilities to help everyone choose a life that suits them.

Building Possibilities

If Cédric had to introduce himself without mentioning his profession, he would simply say: "I'm someone who builds." Products, teams, companies, journeys, and sometimes a solution to a problem no one had really looked at yet. His journey began in development at OVH, then within several companies he co-founded or led, notably Radins.com and Oxygem. He evolved from developer to CTO, then COO and CEO. Over time, his ambition shifted: building remains essential, but building possibilities for others has become even more so.

Ten Years Building Yper

In 2015, Cédric co-founded Yper, a collaborative last-mile delivery platform. For ten years, he guided its development to over 400,000 delivery partners, more than three million deliveries, and €16 million in funding. This venture reinforced a conviction: companies are above all human stories. For him, "a leader is not someone who has all the answers." His role is to create an environment where answers can emerge, to give direction, protect, decide when necessary, and know when to step back when someone else has better expertise.

Why Hello Mira

After Yper, Cédric chose to tackle the complex daily lives of people who travel, work remotely, or build their lives across multiple countries. Information exists, but it remains scattered, contradictory, or difficult to apply. Hello Mira brings together reliable knowledge, tools, community, mentors, and local experiences. Behind travel lies a deeper question: "How do we help someone build a life that suits them better?" Mira aims to support concrete decisions—where to live, how to work, build relationships, stay safe—to go beyond simple destinations.

Technology That Knows Its Place

Cédric is convinced we are living one of the great technological transformations of our generation. Yet, he says, "what really interests me is not AI for AI's sake." Its value appears when it enhances human capacity to act: learn faster, understand a country, find an opportunity, start a business, or make a better decision. At Hello Mira, technology prepares, illuminates, and simplifies. It does not replace the experience of a mentor, the knowledge of a local resident, or the richness of a meeting.

Traveling Without Losing Touch With Reality

Travel has taught Cédric that our vision of the world is often more local than we imagine. Other countries reveal different ways of working, loving, building family, and creating a business. Many supposed truths become mere habits. This experience nourishes a form of humility and a demanding vision of nomadism: travel involves responsibilities toward the territories and communities that welcome us. Hello Mira does not promise a perfect life; the project helps everyone build an experience consistent with their needs and with reality.

Philanthropreneur: Sharing Without Preaching

In 2025, Cédric creates Philanthropreneur, a non-profit sharing space dedicated to leadership, personal development, and impact entrepreneurship. Through videos and podcasts, he explores methods that help you decide, undertake, and evolve without hiding doubts, mistakes, or failures. The community brings together over 3,000 people on TikTok, with several videos viewed between 34,000 and 144,000 times. The project stems from a simple conviction: "An experience that only serves yourself is somewhat wasted." Sharing can help someone move faster, avoid a mistake, or simply dare to try.

Travel as Field Experience

Since 2021, Cédric has conducted his professional activities as a nomad. To manage his companies, meet his teams, develop partnerships, and work from abroad, he has traveled through 19 countries, 33 cities, and 4 continents. Through this professional activity, he has accumulated 325,107 kilometers, 145 flights, and 477 hours in the air. According to App in the Air statistics, he ranked in the top 1% of its users worldwide in 2025. Behind these numbers lie unstable connections, complex bookings, working days on the move, and the need to recreate landmarks far from home. This experience directly feeds Hello Mira, of which he is also the first user.

Methods as a Compass

Cédric loves methods because they provide a framework for action without promising a universal recipe. Scrum, Lean Startup, rapid experimentation, writing, and introspection fuel his way forward. He often works like this: "An intuition gives a direction, then data tries to destroy it." If the idea survives, it deserves to be explored. Facing fear, his method remains concrete: make the first step small enough to take despite it, then align a succession of decisions in the same direction. His philosophy today fits in one sentence: "We don't always choose what happens to us. But as long as we can still choose what we do with it, the story isn't over."

Four Phrases That Serve as His Landmarks

Cédric often returns to a few simple phrases. Each one illuminates part of his way of undertaking and conducting his life.

  • Vision — "There are no favorable winds for those who do not know their port." (Seneca). Before accelerating, Cédric seeks to know where he wants to go.
  • Responsibility — "I am the master of my destiny, I am the captain of my soul." (William Ernest Henley). He believes in the choice that remains for everyone, even when circumstances impose themselves.
  • Action — "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." Facing a huge project, he breaks it into small concrete steps.
  • Impact — "Success is not measured by the money you make, but by the difference you make in people's lives." (Michelle Obama). For him, success is measured by what it changes for others.
