Tunisian, nomadic for over four years between North Africa, Asia and Turkey, she built her practice on the road — with the constant encounters, the changes of direction and the identity questions this lifestyle imposes. What she teaches, she went through first.

Burnout, she knows from the inside: not only as a coach, but as a woman who chose to build something alone, while traveling. She knows its stages, spots its early signals — and that is exactly what she teaches: self-awareness as the first tool of prevention.

At the heart of her method: nervous system regulation, productivity and burnout prevention, in a holistic approach centered on mindset. Every module of her masterclass is built on a tested, NLP-based framework, applied to your real life — not to case studies.

In Bali, in April 2027, she leads The Aligned Life: six modules in English, in a small group, plus one hour of individual coaching with each participant. You leave with your Aligned Life Blueprint, the document you use for the ninety days that follow.

“We all want to do more — but at what cost? We help you make your dreams come true without losing yourself along the way.”

Living off what you love does not protect you from burning out on it.

As a mindset coach and NLP Master Practitioner, Sarra sees the three traps waiting for those who built their life around their passion.

Inherited ambition

Chasing a success that is not yours — Instagram’s, your family’s, your circle’s. Until you separate them, you exhaust yourself for a goal you never chose.

A body that stops following

Balance is not a calendar trick: it is a nervous system matter. Without reading your states, you force it — until it breaks.

The return to real life

A retreat feels good for a week. Without a system to hold, everything comes back as before once you return. It is the module most programs skip.

Doing what you love does not stop you from over-committing. It is precisely because you care so much that it can get hard — if you do not know when to stop.
